공용컴퓨터 사용중 랜섬웨어에 걸린것을 발견하였습니다. 파일 확장자가 .mlsr71pr로 바뀌어 있네요. 메트로 앱 파일들을 암호화했는제 메트로 앱 실행이 안되고, 마이크로소프트 오피스가 실행이 안됩니다. 계산기도 막혔습니다. mlsr71pr-readme.txt 라는 파일이 곳곳에 있네요 내용은 이렇게 되있는데 어떻게 해야 할까요.
